A flagship resort development combining a palatial main block — designed with fortified turret architecture and ornamental jaali façades — with four cottage typologies arranged across the landscape. Each cottage typology presents distinct structural challenges, from continuous slab cantilevers on Type 01 to the sloped-roof timber-look RCC system on Type 04.
