A boutique-luxury hotel combining guest rooms in a slender main tower with a column-free banquet hall at the podium level — the latter requiring transfer-girder design and post-tensioned slabs to achieve the architecturally-mandated open span. Restrained classical façade with stained-glass feature wall and arched colonnade.
