PM Ekta Mall (Unity Mall) at Varanasi — a flagship under the One District One Product scheme combining ODOP retail, Nagar Nigam office, and hospitality on a single mixed-use site. The signature vertical-fin curtain wall and feature oval portal are supported by a custom steel-and-RCC composite frame.
