Five years of pre-founding experience at Shristi Engineers, Roark Consulting Engineers (Noida), and WSP (Delhi) on Delhi-NCR commercial high-rises. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at IIT (BHU), Varanasi — researching advanced structural systems and earthquake-resistant design.
12+ years as Structural Design Engineer. Prior to co-founding Designwell PDC, associated with Conexions (Noida). Particular strength in foundation design across challenging soil conditions — raft and pile-foundation systems on weak soils. Currently researching seismic response at IIT (BHU), Varanasi.
16+ years of specialised experience. Expert in protective, underground structures, and blast-resistant designs that require a distinct engineering instinct. Leads internal peer-reviews and sets calculation-format standards across both offices.
